Dusty Trails Jeep Club Liability Waiver

Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks, and Indemnity Agreement

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY — BY AGREEING, YOU ARE GIVING UP CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.

By participating in the use of the “Wheeling @ Cross Bar” product, event, or related activity, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk:
   I understand that off-roading and related activities involve inherent risks including, but not limited to, the risk of personal injury, property damage, or death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with this activity.
2. Release of Liability:
   I hereby release and hold harmless Dusty Trails Jeep Club, its members, officers, event organizers, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or connected with participation in this activity or use of any related product.
3. Indemnification:
   I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dusty Trails Jeep Club from any claims made by third parties due to my conduct or participation.
4. Vehicle Condition and Operation:
   I certify that my vehicle is in good working condition and I am solely responsible for its safe operation.
5. Obligation to Follow Safety Guidelines:
   I agree to follow all posted rules, instructions from event leaders, and safety precautions while participating.
6. Medical and Emergency:
   I acknowledge that medical services may not be immediately available and accept all associated risks.

By checking the waiver box and completing my purchase, I affirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver of liability.
